1) execution and implementation of regulations of the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor, 
2) preparation of draft decisions and other acts adopted by the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor, 
3) execution and implementation of the Law and other regulations and ensuring the execution of tasks entrusted to the Municipality, and 
4) carrying out professional and other tasks entrusted to the Municipal Administration by the Assembly of the Municipality and the Mayor of the Municipality.
