Beekeepers from the Berkovici municipality are invited to attend lectures on Monday, November 4, starting at 11:00 AM in the hall of the Berkovici Municipal Assembly.

The lectures will cover the following topics:

1. Legislation in the field of beekeeping (municipal competencies, regulations, etc.), as well as diseases and pests affecting bees, presented by Professor Goran Mirjanic.
2. Ecology, climate change, and their impact on beekeeping, presented by Ilda Terzić.

The lectures are part of the project "BeeAlive 2 - Mitigating Climate Change and Developing Beekeeping." The project is financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Municipality of Berkovici, and will be implemented by the non-governmental organization NODAS under the supervision of the German NGO Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V.
